What you are looking at
One live floor for the whole service
One floor, any size
The same live floor runs a 6-table corner café, a 14-table bistro or a 43-table hall with private dining and a garden terrace. Switch venues from the bar under the floor.
An AI host at the door
It seats walk-ins at the tightest table that fits, gives each waiting group a wait it can keep, and holds a table before a booking walks in.
Every table says what it needs
Colour shows where each table is in the meal. A bill request pulses gold, late food turns red, and the kitchen pass and floor team move with the night.
The night, scored
At close you get a report card: revenue, guests served, table turns, average wait, bookings seated and how long the kitchen took.
- Click a table. See who is there, what they ordered and the bill so far.
- Turn the AI host off. Seat guests yourself: tap a waiting group, then a glowing table.
- Full screen. For demos on a laptop or a TV. Press F, or the button under the floor.
- Clean view and Director cam. Hide the panels and let the camera follow the action, for recording.
- Keys. Space pauses, 1, 2 and 4 set the speed, H hides the panels, D starts the director.
Where this stands
A concept today, built on what already runs
Bookings, the waitlist, the AI host and the 3D floor are not in KioSnap yet. The night you just played is simulated. What runs today is the ground it stands on: QR ordering at the table, table sessions, the live order queue, a kitchen display and staff roles.
