No. KioSnap runs in the browser on the phone or tablet you already own. A printed QR code on your counter or packaging is the only 'hardware' involved. If you grow, you can add a tablet as a kitchen display or kiosk, but nothing is required. There is also a free KioSnap app for vendors on Android, with order alarms that ring on a locked screen, and a desktop app for the counter is on the way. You never need either to sell.

No. Customers scan your QR code (or open your link) and your storefront opens in their browser instantly. Browsing needs nothing at all, and ordering online takes one step: a one-time code on their mobile, which also gives them order history, one-tap reorder and favorite stores.

Take a clear photo of your menu, price list or catalog, whether printed, laminated or handwritten. Our AI reads it and creates items, prices and categories automatically. You review the result, fix anything it got wrong, and publish. Paid plans include 3 scans per month, so you can re-scan when things change.

You always review before publishing, and you can edit any item manually at any time. The scan is a head start, not a cage.

Yes. The Wood plan is ₹0 forever: a digital storefront with QR code and up to 3 items in 1 category. It's catalog display only, perfect for trying KioSnap. Online ordering starts on the Charcoal plan.

Paid plans start with a fully free 14-day trial. No payment details are needed up front. A one-time ₹199 setup fee applies only when you first convert to a paid plan, and it covers all future plan changes.

Because you don't pay for a project, you share a platform. A custom website means paying alone for development (₹20,000 or more), then hosting every month and a developer for every change. KioSnap storefronts all run on one platform that we build, host, secure and improve, so each vendor pays only a small subscription. Servers, updates and new features are included, and going live takes a photo, not a project.

Yes, on every plan. Pause from your dashboard, tell us when you plan to reopen, pay nothing while paused, and everything is exactly as you left it when you return.

Not yet. Today one KioSnap account runs one storefront, so a second location needs its own store and its own plan. Multi-outlet (one brand across many locations with a shared master catalog and per-outlet prices, stock and availability) is on our roadmap.

Catalog stores can offer delivery or pickup, with cash on delivery and pay on pickup built in. Every order gets a tracking link your customer can reopen anytime, and you collect payment at handover or let them pay your UPI ID from the order page and send the UTR. A Razorpay checkout is on the roadmap.

Through UPI, yes. Customers pay your UPI ID from their order page and send the UTR, and you confirm it from the order board. Cash at the counter, cash on delivery and pay on pickup work as before. A Razorpay checkout that settles money into your account automatically is on the roadmap.

Aggregator integrations aren't available yet. KioSnap focuses on your direct channel first: orders where you keep 100% of the revenue. Integrations are under consideration for a future phase.
