Refund Policy

This Policy applies to KioSnap subscriptions purchased directly from QubeXiq. Short version: your trial is free, and your first paid charge is fully refundable for 7 days.

1. Free trial — pay nothing

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day fully free trial with no payment details collected up front. If you don't convert to a paid plan, you are never charged and there is nothing to refund.

2. 7-day money-back guarantee

If KioSnap isn't right for you, request a refund within 7 days of your first paid charge and we will refund it in full — including the one-time ₹199 setup fee. No questions, no forms, no service fee deducted.

3. After the first 7 days

  • Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable after the 7-day window.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals only; your access continues until the end of the paid month.
  • The ₹199 setup fee is charged once per account and is non-refundable after the 7-day window.

4. Pause instead of cancelling

Closing for the season? Instead of cancelling, you can pause your subscription from the dashboard on any plan. You pay nothing while paused, no refund is needed, and all your data is exactly as you left it when you reopen.

5. How to request a refund

Email hello@kiosnap.com from your registered email, or contact us through your dashboard, with your business name. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Third-party fees

Fees charged by third parties — such as payment gateways or telecom charges — are not refundable by us.

7. Governing law & jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by Indian law. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
