For food stalls and takeaway counters
Stop shouting token numbers.
Customers scan the QR on your counter, order from their own phone, pay you the way they do today, and watch their order move from accepted to ready on their own screen. You cook. The queue runs itself.
No app for your customers · Zero commission · Starts at ₹0
Sound familiar?
A busy counter loses orders it never wrote down.
- Six people ordering at once, one of them heard wrong
- Token numbers called over the sizzle, missed, called again
- "How long?" asked every minute by someone who could see it themselves
- The evening's takings counted with no idea what sold
The fix
One QR on the counter does the queue's job.
Photograph your menu board
The AI reads it and builds your storefront: items, prices, veg marks. Print the QR and stick it on the counter.
Customers order from the line
They scan, pick, and place. The order arrives on your phone with a sound you cannot miss, and rings until you tap it.
Cook, tap, done
Accept, preparing, ready. One tap per stage, or let solo mode collapse it to one. The customer's phone shows each step.
Close the day with a number
What sold, what it earned, cash counted against the record. The day book closes in minutes.
Built for stalls
Built for one pair of hands.
Live queue
Orders in the order they came, each with a countdown. Customers see their place in it on their own phone.
Rings until answered
A new order keeps ringing on your phone or the counter tablet until someone taps it, even face-down, even locked.
Solo mode
Running alone? Automation collapses the taps to the ones that matter: an order arrives, you tap once, it is done.
Counter POS
Take the walk-up order yourself, with a discount if you want, on the same phone. Everything lands on one board.
A menu from a photo
Snap the board or the laminated card. The AI types it in, with prices and categories, ready to publish.
Combos that sell
Vada pav plus chai as one tap, at one price. Combo deals lift what each customer spends.

FAQ
Questions stall owners ask
My customers are not tech people. Will they use it?
They already scan QR codes to pay. Ordering is the same motion: scan, tap the item, place. No app, no sign-up form; a one-time code on their mobile confirms the order.
What if there is no Wi-Fi at the stall?
The order board runs on your phone's mobile data; a 4G connection is enough. Customers use their own data to order.
I run the stall alone. Can I manage a screen too?
Solo mode is built for exactly that. One tap moves an order through, and the customer's phone tells them when to collect, so nobody has to ask you.
How do I get paid?
The way you do today: cash or UPI at the counter, or pay on pickup. KioSnap never holds your money and takes no commission.
What does it cost?
₹0 to put your menu and QR up. Taking orders starts at ₹299 a month on Charcoal, after a 14-day free trial, with a one-time ₹199 setup fee on your first paid month.
