What is the LAUNCH30D launch offer?
The first 100 vendors get 30 extra free days on any paid plan. Pick a plan, apply code LAUNCH30D on your plan page, and the extra days are added on top of your 14-day free trial, so your first payment lands only after 44 days. One redemption per account, while the first-100 cap lasts.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Wood plan is ₹0 forever: a digital storefront with a QR code and up to 3 catalog items in 1 category. It's catalog display only, perfect for trying KioSnap. Online ordering starts on the Charcoal plan at ₹299/month.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Every paid plan starts with a fully free 14-day trial. No payment details are collected up front. If you don't convert to a paid plan, you're never charged.
What is the one-time ₹199 setup fee?
It's charged once per account, with your first paid month after the trial, and it covers all future plan changes: upgrade or downgrade freely, forever, with nothing more to pay for switching. It is never charged on the Wood plan or during the trial.
Do you take a commission on my orders?
No. KioSnap charges a flat subscription and zero per-order commission. Every rupee your customers pay is yours. We never sit between you and your revenue.
How does this compare to getting my own website built?
A website with online ordering typically costs ₹20,000–₹50,000 to build, plus hosting every month and developer fees for every change after that. Every KioSnap plan includes the storefront, hosting, servers, security and every new feature we ship, with nothing for you to maintain. Even Solar, our biggest plan, costs less per month than what a developer would typically charge for one small change.
Can I save by paying quarterly or yearly?
Yes. Quarterly and yearly billing come with a discount that grows with the plan, from 5% off Charcoal quarterly up to 16% off Solar yearly. You choose the billing interval when you subscribe.
Can I pause my subscription during the off-season?
Yes, on every plan. Pause from your dashboard, pay nothing while paused, and come back to all your data exactly as you left it.
What if KioSnap isn't right for me?
Cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues to the end of the paid period. Your first paid charge, including the setup fee, is fully refundable within 7 days under our refund policy. Your catalog data is always yours.
Can I add more staff logins?
Yes. Add extra staff logins to any paid plan for ₹49 per member per month, on top of the logins your plan already includes.
