Questions home brands ask
I sell on Instagram and WhatsApp already. Why a storefront?
Keep them, that is where people discover you. The storefront is where the order lands complete: product, size, quantity, address. Chat goes back to being conversation.
Can I sell the same product in different sizes?
Yes. Each product can have variants, each with its own price, photo and stock, so 250 g and 1 kg are one product with two options, not two listings.
How does delivery work?
You set the rules: a charge by area or pincode, free delivery above an amount, or pickup only. You deliver the way you do today, and collect cash on delivery or payment at handover.
Do I need FSSAI or GST to start?
KioSnap does not ask for either to open a storefront, and if you hold an FSSAI licence you can show it on your store. What your business must register for depends on what you sell and how much, and that is a question for your accountant, not for us.
