Feature questions, answered
Which plans include online ordering?
Online ordering, the fulfilment board, POS and day book are included on Charcoal (₹299/month) and above. The free Wood plan is catalog display only: customers can browse your storefront and QR menu but not place orders through it.
Which plans include dine-in table management?
Dine-in tables, table sessions and table QR ordering are available on Gas (₹599/month) and Solar, for food businesses. Customers at a table scan the table's QR, order across the visit, and you close the session with one bill.
How many AI catalog scans do I get?
Every paid plan includes 3 AI catalog scans per month. Each scan turns a photo of a menu, price list or catalog into items, prices and categories you review before publishing, so you can re-scan whenever your prices change.
How many staff logins does each plan include?
Charcoal includes 2 staff logins, Gas includes 3 and Solar includes 5, each with granular role permissions and fast PIN switching. Need more hands? Add extra staff logins to any paid plan for ₹49 per member per month.
Can customers pay online through my storefront?
Through UPI, yes. Customers pay your UPI ID straight from their order page and send the UTR, and you confirm it from the order board. Cash at the counter, cash on delivery and pay on pickup work as before. A Razorpay checkout that settles money into your account automatically is on the roadmap.
Does the kitchen display or kiosk mode need special hardware?
No. Kitchen display and kiosk mode run in the browser on any tablet or phone you already own. Prop up a spare tablet in the kitchen or at the counter and it becomes a dedicated screen. Nothing to buy, nothing to install.
