Trade pricing

Your business buyers order at their own prices.

KioSnap's trade pricing keeps each dealer, retailer or business client as an account, with the people who order for it and the prices you agreed: its own, or a shared price list. They sign in on your store with their mobile number and order at those prices, which the public never sees. Credit terms, payments, statements and GST tax invoices sit on the same account. It is for any business that sells to other businesses, from wholesalers and distributors to bakeries supplying cafés, on the Gas and Solar plans.

How it works

  1. 1

    Add buyers and their prices

Add each business with its GSTIN and the people who order for it. Give it a shared price list, like 10% below your public price, or its own prices, with quantity breaks and dated changes.

  2. 2

    They order at their prices

Buyers sign in on your store. The order pad and Fill my usual order make a repeat order quick, with their delivery address and PO number. You can bill them at the counter too.

  3. 3

    Terms, payments and invoices

Set payment terms and a credit limit, record payments against the account, send statements, and issue GST tax invoices with IGST for other states and HSN codes.

No. They pay you the way they always have: cash, UPI, bank transfer or cheque. You record each payment against their account, and it settles their oldest orders first.

Does KioSnap make e-invoices or e-way bills?

No. KioSnap issues GST tax invoices with a numbered series, IGST for buyers in other states and HSN codes, but it does not make e-invoices (IRN) or e-way bills, and it does not file your GST returns.

Does it work in the KioSnap Vendor app?

Yes. The dashboard and the Vendor app show the same trade screens, and both can bill a trade buyer at their prices from POS or New entry.
