Add photos & video to an item

Follow the written steps below. They cover everything the video will show.
Photos sell. An item with one good photo consistently outsells the same item without, and KioSnap gives every item a full gallery, not just a single image.
Open the item
On the Menu page, tap the item to edit it, then scroll to the "Photos & video" section.
Tap "Add photos or video"
Pick images straight from your phone's camera or gallery. Photos can be up to 5MB each (JPEG, PNG, WebP); a video can be up to 50MB and 60 seconds (MP4, WebM, MOV).
Arrange the gallery
Use the arrow buttons to reorder, and tap ★ on your best shot to make it the cover. That's the image shown on your menu and in search.
Save the item
Tap "Update Item" and the new gallery is live right away.
💡 Good to know
- Natural daylight near a window beats any filter. Shoot from slightly above for plates, straight-on for drinks and products.
- The in-app "What makes a good photo or video?" panel in the media section has a quick checklist.
- Each item holds up to 10 photos/videos in total.
