Show different items on different days
If your menu changes with the day (a Thursday-only thali, weekend biryani), pin items to weekdays and KioSnap shows and hides them automatically. No more editing your menu every morning.
The rule is simple: an item pinned to no day stays on the menu every day.
Pin a single item from the Menu page
Tap an item on the Menu page to open its quick view. Under "Menu days", tap the weekdays it should appear on. Each tap saves straight away. Your storefront shows the change within about a minute.
Or plan the whole week at once
Tap "Day-wise menu" in the row of chips under the page title. The planner opens on today, with a tab for each weekday. Pick a day, then switch on the items it should have (search to find one fast). The line above the list adds it up, like "Friday: 12 on your menu (4 pinned, 8 every day)".
Save your changes
Tap "Save this day" (or "Save 3 days" when you changed several) in the bar at the bottom of the planner. One tap saves every day you changed. Once you move to another day, an amber dot on a weekday tab means that day has unsaved edits, so save before you leave the page. Today's line-up updates on your storefront within about a minute, and every other day switches over on its own at midnight.
Good to know
- Customers ordering at 11:55pm still see that day's menu. The switch-over follows Indian Standard Time.
- Orders are also checked against the menu of the day they are for, so nobody can order Thursday's special on a Friday from a stale page.
- On your storefront, today's pinned items wear a badge ("Today's Special" on a food menu), and "See the week" above the menu shows customers what each day brings. Change the badge wording, or turn it off, under "On your store page" in the planner.
- A combo shows only on days when every item in it is on the menu.
