Create combo offers
A combo bundles two or more items at one attractive price. KioSnap shows customers exactly how much they save, which makes combos an easy yes.
Food businesses, bakeries included, find this page as "Combos" in the sidebar, other product businesses as "Bundles", and service businesses as "Packages". The page takes that name as its heading and the flow is identical. Discounts such as "₹ off the order" or codes live on the separate Offers page, not here.
Open Combos from the sidebar
Open "Combos" in the sidebar, under Operations (the KioSnap Vendor app has it in its menu too). On a phone, tap the three lines at the top first. The page is headed "Combos". Tap "New combo" at the top.
Name it and add a photo
In the "The combo" card, give it a name customers understand at a glance (e.g. "Lunch Thali Combo") and, if you like, "What it is (optional)" to say what makes the deal special. In the "Photo" card, tap "Upload a photo". The photo is optional, but without one customers see an icon instead of a picture.
Pick at least 2 items
In the "What is in it" card, tap "Add items", then search and tick the items you want (an item with sizes is listed once per size). Set quantities with the − and + steppers; taking one to 0 removes it. A combo needs at least 2 items in total, so 2 of the same item also counts.
Set the combo price
In the "Price" card, enter what the combo costs (₹). Below it the form shows "Bought separately" and how much the "Customer saves", in rupees and as a percentage. Aim for a visible saving. If that line turns red and reads "Dearer than the parts", lower the price.
Optionally set when it runs
In "When it runs", set "Starts" and "Ends" dates for limited-time deals (they begin as "Straight away" and "No end date"), or leave both alone to run the combo until you switch it off.
Tap "Create combo"
The editor closes and your new combo sits at the top of the list, already switched on and marked "Live" (or "Starts 6 Jul" if you picked a later start). It appears on your storefront within about a minute, with the savings badge shown to customers.
Good to know
- Plan limits: Charcoal allows 5 active combos, Gas 10, Solar unlimited. The page shows how many you've used, and "New combo" greys out at the limit. Tap "Switch off" on an old combo to make room for a new one.
- The combo price can match the items' combined menu value but can't go above it. The whole point is the saving.
- Items set to "Price on request" can't go into a combo, because there is no menu price to measure the saving against.
- A combo holds up to 10 items (each size counts as one), with up to 10 of each.
