Get your business on Google & collect reviews
Video walkthrough coming soon
Follow the written steps below — they cover everything the video will show.
When someone searches your store's name, Google should show your hours, location and reviews. Google requires you to create and verify the listing yourself — so KioSnap gives you a guided, copy-paste flow instead of doing it badly on your behalf.
Open Google from the sidebar
Tap "Google" in your dashboard. The page walks you through four numbered sections.
Open Google's form beside it
"Add my business on Google →" opens Google's form in a new tab (any Google account works — the one on your phone is fine). Already listed? Tap "I already have one".
Copy your details across
Section 2 shows your business name, address, hours and more as copy-cards built from your KioSnap profile — tap "Copy" on each as Google asks for it. Anything flagged "check this one" deserves a second look.
Verify, then paste your listing link
Google's verification usually takes a few days. Once your listing is live, paste its link into section 3 and tap "Save" — that's what marks you connected.
Save your review link and print the QR
In the Google Maps app, open your business profile, tap Promote → Ask for reviews, and copy the short link. Paste it into section 4 and save — this unlocks a printable review QR poster for your counter.
💡 Good to know
- Every scan of the review QR is counted in your Customer Behavior report, so you can see it working.
- Keep it genuine: ask every customer, but never offer a discount for a review — Google removes incentivised reviews and can hide your ratings entirely.
- If section 2 shows gaps, fill them in KioSnap first (Settings → Store Profile) so Google gets consistent details.
