Create your account & set up your store
Getting started with KioSnap is a two-part flow: a quick account signup, then a three-step store setup. You'll have a live storefront address by the end of it.
You can do all of it in the KioSnap Vendor app too: tap "Create your store" on the sign-in screen. The steps and the words are the same on the phone and on kiosnap.com.
Start your registration
On kiosnap.com, tap "Create your free storefront" (or "Start free" in the menu). In the Vendor app, tap "Create your store" on the sign-in screen. The first step is "Your business": enter your Business name, Email and 10-digit Mobile number, then tap "Continue".
Secure your account
The next step is "Secure account": set a password of at least 8 characters and confirm it. If you like, tell us how you heard about KioSnap (optional). Tap "Continue". We'll text a verification code to your mobile.
Verify your mobile
On "Verify mobile", enter the 6-digit code from the SMS and tap "Create account". Didn't get it? "Resend code" appears after a 45-second countdown, and "Wrong number?" takes you back to fix a typo.
Tell us what you sell
Setup opens on "What you sell". Pick the closest match: Food & Beverages, Bakery & Desserts, Handmade & Craft, Home-based Brand, Services or Something Else, then tap "Continue". KioSnap adapts its wording and order flow to your pick, and this choice is locked after setup, so choose carefully.
Fill in your business profile
On "Business profile", your Store handle is filled in from your business name. It becomes your web address (kiosnap.store/your-shop) and can't be changed later, so edit it now if you want something different and wait for the green "is available" line. Then pick your Business type, write a short Description (at least 10 characters), add your cuisine types (or tags, for anything other than Food & Beverages) and tap "Next".
Choose your plan
On "Choose plan": every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial and needs no payment details today. Got a promo or referral code? On the website, enter it here and tap "Apply". Then tap "Start free trial" under a paid plan, or "Finish setup" under Wood to start free at ₹0. The phone gives you the same free plan and free trial. Once a trial has been used, paying for or changing a plan is done at app.kiosnap.com, not in the Vendor app. You land on your dashboard (or the Vendor app's Home), where a checklist walks you through the rest.
Good to know
- Two things are permanent: your store handle and your business category. Everything else (location, branding, menu) can be changed anytime from the dashboard.
- A one-time ₹199 setup fee applies only when you first convert to a paid plan, after the trial.
- You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime from Settings → Plan and billing on the website. The Vendor app shows the same screen, with a plain line to change or pay for your plan at app.kiosnap.com.
Common questions
Do I need to pay anything to sign up?
No. Signup is free, paid plans start with a fully free 14-day trial, and the Wood plan is ₹0 forever.
Can I change my store handle later?
No. The handle is your permanent web address, printed on your QR codes. Pick something short and easy to say out loud.
